Nadia Dębiec is an experienced professional with a strong background in Agile methodologies and Business Intelligence. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at Webellian, Nadia coaches three international Scrum teams for a global insurance company, focusing on communication, team empowerment, and Agile DevOps transformation. Previous roles at Netguru included serving as both a Ruby on Rails Developer and Scrum Master, where Nadia facilitated meetings, developed web applications, and mentored junior developers. At Teradata, Nadia worked on DWH projects for major financial institutions in Europe, conducting testing and data analysis. Earlier experience at Asseco Poland involved business analysis for data warehouse projects. Nadia holds a Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and complemented education with postgraduate studies in Coaching and Mentoring.
