Volkov Roman possesses extensive experience in the aviation and transport industries, currently serving as the Director of Cargo & Ground Handling and Head of Hub Ground Operations at Silk Way West Airlines since May 2017. Prior to this role, Volkov Roman held the position of Ground Operations Supervisor at the same company. Additionally, between December 2009 and November 2016, Volkov Roman worked as a Project Manager at "Digital Classifieds" LTD (formerly "Turbo.az" LTD), and from December 2014 to April 2016, served as an Auto Journalist for BAKU.WS. Education includes a Master’s degree in Air Transport Production from the National Academy of Aviation, completed in 2009.
