Roksolana Tsyapka is currently employed at Silk Way West Airlines as a Customer Service Agent. Prior to this, Roksolana worked at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics as a Freight Forwarder Assistant for Gateway Airfreight Export at DSV Air & Sea. Previous to that, Roksolana held the position of Customer Service Agent at AirBridgeCargo Airlines LLC. Roksolana holds a Master's degree from Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki i Zarządzania w Rzeszowie.
