Malkhaz Esebua has extensive experience in technical project management and telecommunications, currently serving as the Head of the Technical Project Management Office at Silknet since September 2011, where key responsibilities include defining PMO strategy, leading project management methodology, and managing staff performance. Esebua has held various leadership roles at Silknet, overseeing Radio Access and LTE Divisions, focusing on network optimization, vendor negotiations, and customer experience enhancement. Previous roles include Deputy Head of Division at the Network Operations Center and System Administrator at LLC DMARK, demonstrating a solid technical foundation and managerial expertise. Esebua holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Georgian Technical University.
