Allan Kirkegaard has extensive experience in educational leadership and support roles, currently serving as Pædagogisk leder and Faglig koordinator at Viborg Kommune since December 2013, overseeing a special department for students with social-emotional needs. Previous roles include teaching various subjects in special education, as well as working as an omsorgsmedhjælper and lærervikar across different municipalities. Allan's background includes significant experience in social psychiatry and support for individuals with development disabilities and ADHD. Prior military experience as a faglærer and næstkommanderende in the Danish Armed Forces showcases strong leadership skills. Allan holds multiple diplomas in leadership and organization from VIA University College, alongside a background in mathematics from Viborg Katedralskole.
