Eduard Lazar is the Chief Technology Officer at Silicon:SAFE, a company that provides complete protection of customer's identity and passwords. Prior to their current position, Lazar served as the Vice President of EMEA at TeleSoftas where they oversaw the development and implementation of VoIP systems across multiple locations. Eduard has also worked on designing and integrating ERP systems, and has been instrumental in enabling client international expansion through location free systems and communications.

Eduard Lazar has a Bachelor of Laws from UPA, "Petre Andrei", and is currently an analyst programmer in the field of information technology. Eduard also has a bacalaureat from "C. Negruzzi" Iasi in high school. In addition, they have certification from Roman Pichler in Product Leadership, Microsoft in Microsoft BPOS, and Cisco in CCNA.
