Lisanna Dominguez, MBA, has extensive experience in educational leadership and strategic planning, currently serving as the Chief of Staff and Strategy Officer at the Silicon Valley Education Foundation since May 2023. Previously, Lisanna held the position of Executive Vice President of Strategy & Advocacy at the Eastside Education Initiative and Vice President of Strategic Planning and Development at the Latino Education Advancement Foundation. Additional experience includes serving as Regional Director for 10,000 Degrees, where the focus was on supporting low-income students in their college journey, and roles at the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley as Director of Programs and Education Programs Manager, aimed at empowering Hispanic communities. Lisanna began a career in education with Scout from the University of California and has a background in the performing arts as a Dance Instructor and Artistic Director at Dance Attack Studios. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and an MBA from the University of the People.
