Erika Evearitt currently serves as the Chief Development Officer at Silicon Valley Education Foundation since May 2022. With a rich background in the arts and education, Erika has held various leadership roles, including Pre-Professional Intensive Director and Development & Educational Programs Director at Benicia Ballet Theatre since November 2013, as well as Co-Founder of Behold Creators Media since August 2010. Erika's experience also includes positions such as Development Director for the West Region and Bay Area at the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship from March 2021 to April 2022, and Director of Development & Communications at Ecology Center in Berkeley from November 2018 to March 2021. Additional notable roles include Development Director at AXIS Dance Company and Community and Teen Programs Coordinator at Alonzo King LINES Ballet. Erika’s educational background includes a Master of Arts in Dance in Higher Education & the Professions from New York University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Dance and Sports Management & Communications from the University of Michigan.
