Elliott Ryan is currently employed as a Photovoltaic (PV) Plant Engineer I at Silicon Ranch Corporation since September 2023, providing inverter-focused engineering technical support for projects totaling nearly 2,500 MWac of energy production and co-leading the launch of a business software application to improve team efficiency. Previously, Elliott served as Operations Engineer I at Silicon Ranch Corporation, supporting nearly 167 MWac of energy production projects and managing material logistics for site repairs. Prior experience includes roles as a Commercial Project Engineer I at The Weitz Company, focusing on a $78.5 million multi-family apartment project, and as an Industrial Field Engineer at Kiewit, contributing to a $325 million liquified natural gas energization plant. Elliott's earlier roles also include Office Engineer and Construction Inspector, with a focus on complex piping systems and residential stormwater sewer projects, respectively. Elliott holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University.
