Michael Perez is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal and fintech sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Silicon Legal Strategy since April 2022, Michael has previously held positions at the same firm as Managing Associate and Associate. As a co-founder of Pay Tgthr from February 2021 to April 2022, Michael contributed to the development of innovative financial solutions for joint banking. Michael’s legal career includes roles at Donahue Fitzgerald LLP, Cooley LLP, and Littler Mendelson, where responsibilities spanned from associate roles to a Business & Finance Associate. Additionally, Michael gained invaluable experience as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Steven Berlin at the U.S. Department of Labor.
