Raluca Muresan Hagau, PMP, is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative IoT solutions at Silicon Labs since May 2021. Previously, Raluca spent over 12 years at NI (National Instruments), contributing as a Senior Technical Program Manager, where key accomplishments included the development of the ECU Test System and management of multiple related projects. Raluca's career began in engineering roles, including analog hardware design and software development, with notable internships at Continental and Siemens VDO. Raluca holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Technical University of Cluj Napoca and Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
