Carl Aage Amundsen is a Senior Software Engineer at Silicon Labs, specializing in embedded software development for MicroControllers (MCUs) since July 2013. Carl Aage's expertise includes the development of cryptography security software for wireless protocols such as Bluetooth LE and ZigBee Smart Energy, as well as device drivers and board support packages. Previously, Carl Aage held senior software engineering positions at Energy Micro AS and Curtiss Wright Controls Electronic Systems, where responsibilities included project management, device driver development for Linux and VxWorks, and software development for data recording systems. Carl Aage's career began at VMETRO, where Carl Aage progressed from Software Engineer to Software Project Manager, leading teams in the development of software for various single board computer architectures. Carl Aage holds a Master's degree in Cybernetics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
