Farah Zulaikha is an experienced automation tester currently working at Silentmode Sdn. Bhd. since May 2023. Previously, Farah held the position of QA Automation Engineer at TC ITECH MALAYSIA, where responsibilities included managing projects, building regression packs, conducting automation API testing using Postman, and integrating test cases into Pipeline Azure DevOps. Prior experience as a Functional Analyst at Applied Integrators involved troubleshooting technical errors, executing test scenarios, creating performance test scripts, and liaising with clients and development teams. Farah also completed an internship at PETRONAS ICT and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems from University Technology of Petronas.
