Currently serving as EH&S Manager at Silent-Aire since November 2022, Tavares previously worked as a Senior Regional EHS Engineer at Moog Inc. and as a Senior Specialist in EHS Compliance at Nikola Motor Company. Prior to these roles, Tavares dedicated over a decade to United Technologies Aerospace Systems as a Senior Environment, Health and Safety Professional. Tavares earned a Master of Science in Safety, Security, and Emergency Management from Eastern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
