Ramon Cervera Vilaseca is an experienced IT professional specializing in system administration and technical support. Currently, Ramon serves as an Administrador de sistemas de TI at Silence, a leader in Urban Eco Mobility, since October 2020. Prior to this role, Ramon worked at Jungheinrich España S.A.U. from April 2016 to October 2020 as a Técnico de hardware/software, where responsibilities included resolving incidents through email and telephone support while managing Microsoft Exchange Server and Active Directory. Earlier experience includes a position as a Técnico / Operador Helpdesk de Nivel 1 at IECISA, where incident identification and resolution were performed using BMC Remedy ITSM. Ramon holds a Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior in Informática from IES Ausias March and a Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio in Informática from IES-SEP Esteve Terradas.
