Guillermo Fdez.-Goula Pera is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and documentation, currently serving as Responsable Documentaci贸n & Publicaciones Postventa at Silence, a leader in Urban Eco Mobility, since November 2017. In this role, Guillermo focuses on creating technical documentation for the post-sale department, including user manuals. Prior to this position, Guillermo contributed to the SEAT collaboration project as Ingeniero de Documentaci贸n, providing technical support and facilitating communication with various post-sale teams. Previous roles include Ingeniero de Calidad, overseeing the quality of the Battery Pack, and Ingeniero de Postventa, managing a multi-channel technical assistance service. Guillermo's engineering experience is complemented by a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technologies from Universitat Polit猫cnica de Catalunya, along with participation in the Barcelona Smart Moto Challenge during studies. Earlier positions also include roles in body and aerodynamics at BCN eMotorsport.
