Aditya Mandalam is a Staff Engineer and TPM at Sila Nanotechnologies Inc. since July 2023, focusing on the development of in-house capabilities for battery materials validation. Prior to this role, Aditya served as a Senior Principal Product Integration Engineer at ENOVIX Corporation from September 2019 to July 2023, where a comprehensive proof-of-concept program was created, addressing manufacturing toolset gaps. Aditya's experience also includes roles in product and process engineering, notably in high-volume manufacturing and product redesign for battery applications. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration from Ottawa University and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University, complemented by a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical and Electrochemical Engineering from CSIR-Central Electrochemical Research Institute in India.
