Jake Sikkema has extensive experience in sales engineering and representation within the electrical manufacturing industry, currently serving as a Sales Engineer and Manufacturers Sales Representative for Sikkema Electrical Sales Inc and various prominent companies like Hitachi Energy, ABB, and AZZ Incorporated since June 2017. With a strong emphasis on the renewable energy market, Jake focuses on serving clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Previous experience includes roles as a Residential Solar Consultant and Field Energy Advisor at Sunrun, where Jake excelled in generating interest in solar power solutions. Additionally, Jake has demonstrated leadership skills as the Head Basketball Coach for Cal Poly Club Basketball while also serving as Vice President and gaining initial work experience in a sales internship. Jake holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Earth Sciences from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
