Wassim Ben Grira is an experienced software engineer currently serving as Ingénieur d'études et de développement at SIJO since May 2023. Previously, Wassim worked at FIS from February 2020 to March 2023, where responsibilities included the development of an Intelligent Scrum Master Assistant and a recommendation system utilizing deep learning and natural language processing. Wassim also has experience from the Centre National de l'Informatique, where contributions included the design of a decision support web platform and the development of a feedback component application. Educational credentials include an Engineer's degree in Computer Engineering from the National Engineering School of Carthage and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Higher Institute of Information and Communication Technologies.
