Harvey Taylor is a seasoned customer success professional with extensive experience across several prominent companies in the digital and eCommerce sectors. Currently serving as Principal Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Signifyd since October 2022, Harvey previously held the role of Strategic Customer Success Manager at Bolt, a checkout experience platform. Prior experience includes Senior Manager for Strategic Accounts at MediaAlpha, where the focus was on customer acquisition solutions, and Account Director for Key Accounts at adQuadrant, a digital advertising agency specializing in eCommerce.
