Emma Murray is a seasoned chargeback analyst with significant experience in fraud investigation and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Chargeback Analyst II at Signifyd since November 2020, Emma has advanced through roles including Senior Chargeback Analyst and Chargeback Investigator. Prior to this, Emma worked at Lloyds Banking Group as a Fraud Analyst from May 2016 to November 2020 and gained experience as a Sales Advisor at Convergys and New Look. Emma holds a Bachelor's degree in communication with counselling from Ulster University, obtained between 2012 and 2015.
