Zina Agovic - Fako is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in various roles at Signify, where positions have included Head of HR for multiple divisions and functions since May 2018. Zina also serves as a Board Member for Giving Back Nederland and the Refugee Talent Hub, and holds the title of Vice President HR and Agri-Business Specialist at the Refugee Talent Hub since March 2021. Prior to Signify, Zina held significant HR leadership roles at Philips Lighting and Philips, including Vice President HR for Innovation, Strategy and Marketing, and Global Head of HR for Finance. Zina's career began at Eindhoven University of Technology as an International Affairs Officer, following which an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences was obtained from the same institution.
