Madhusudan Hari is an experienced professional in the field of mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Signify. Prior roles include AGM of Mergers & Acquisitions at Cyient and Manager of M&A and Strategic Initiatives at HCL Technologies. Madhusudan began the career at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India Pvt. Ltd. as Deputy Manager in M&A Transaction Advisory Services and also served as Assistant Manager in Audit and Enterprise Risk Services. Earlier experience included an article trainee position at Deloitte Haskins & Sells focusing on Audit and Assurance. Madhusudan holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Indian School of Business and has further educational experience from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
