Luz Ivorra has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Luz currently works at Signify as an E-commerce CRO Manager in the Global Brand & Marketing department. Prior to this, Luz worked at Webmefy as the Head of Ecommerce Growth, Analytics & CRO, where they were responsible for defining and optimizing strategies, team leadership, and project sales & delivery. At ICEX, EOI & Adigital Digital Inmersion Program for CEOs, they worked as a CRO & Digital Analytics Teacher. Luz also worked at WPP as a Senior CRO Growth Hacking & Analytics Consultant, where they focused on improving digital product performance through data exploration and CRO experiments. Luz also worked as a Digital Growth & CRO Manager at Adigital, optimizing the B2B digital strategy by analyzing data and generating measurement protocols. Luz's experience also includes working as a Project Manager at DigitalXBorder and as a Freelance Digital Optimization Specialist. Luz started their career as a Marketing Manager at Complejo TurÃstico La Mata and later became an F&B Marketing Manager at Warner Leisure Hotels, where they were responsible for team leadership, training, and guest satisfaction.
Luz Ivorra received a Master's degree in Digital Analysis from KSchool in the year 2018. In 2019, Luz pursued a CRO minidegree in Conversion Rate Optimization from CXL. During the year 2018-2019, Luz completed Salesforce Admin & Salesforce Marketing Cloud programs at Trailhead by Salesforce. Currently, Luz is pursuing a Higher Level Education Cycle in International Trade at UCAM Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia, which began in 2020 and is expected to be completed in 2022. In addition, Luz has obtained certifications such as NVQ Leadership & Management in 2014, Flight Path Pilot (Business Strategy-Coaching-Training-Support) from Warner Leisure Hotels in 2013, and Leadership Excellence from Disney Institute in 2012.
