Henrik Nørgaard has diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Henrik has held various leadership positions in marketing, sales, and business development. Starting in 1990, Henrik worked at Kunde & Co, where they eventually became a Partner and was responsible for the international business. Henrik then joined IC Companys in 1997 as a Divisional Manager, where they successfully redefined the brand and expanded operations across eight countries. Henrik later joined Aston Group as the VP of Marketing, where they defined the corporate brand across multiple companies and countries. From 2001 to 2006, they worked at TDC Mobil, first as a Strategic Marketing Director and later as the VP of the Residential market, achieving significant EBITDA growth. Henrik's experience also includes roles as the Chief Commercial Officer at Nawras in Muscat, Oman, and the Chief Marketing Officer at VIPnet. Henrik co-founded OMI - Optimise Marketing Investment, where they served as a Partner and CEO, focusing on integrating marketing and sales for customers. Henrik was a Partner at MOMENTO consulting a/s, specializing in marketing management and strategy. Currently, they work at Signify as the Commercial Lead for Agriculture lighting and has previously served as the Director of Marketing. Henrik has a successful track record of driving revenue growth, developing effective marketing strategies, and leveraging ROI-focused decision-making.
Henrik Nørgaard completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics with a focus on International Marketing from Aarhus University in the period from 1987 to 1990. Subsequently, they pursued a period of study at Copenhagen Business School from 2000 to 2002, specializing in Economics.
