Johan Hygum Hillers is an experienced professional in talent development and HR innovation, currently serving as Talent Lead at Signifly and a Consultant in the Talent Team at GroupM Danmark. As Co-founder and CEO of INDIVIDUALS, a global people consultancy based in Copenhagen, Johan specializes in recruitment, people operations, and talent management. Johan also holds the position of Head of Operations and Board Member at the Denmark-Hong Kong Trade Association and contributes as a blogger for Børsen, sharing insights with young professionals.
