Katherine Hasten-Reed has a diverse work experience. From 1999 to 2001, they worked as a Department Supervisor at Osco Drug. In 2001, they joined Toys R Us as a Store Director/Training Manager and worked there until 2006. In 2006, they joined Signature Retail Services as a Program Manager and later became the Director of Operations.

Katherine Hasten-Reed obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Relations/Marketing from Western Illinois University between 1996 and 2001.
