Siobhan Tischler is an experienced professional in human resources and leadership development, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Leadership Development at Signature Flight Support since October 2020. In this role, Siobhan designs and delivers training solutions, conducts needs assessments, curates learning pathways, and leads a global mentorship program. Previous positions include Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner at FireEye, Inc., and Frederick County Bank, where Siobhan provided counsel on performance management, employee relations, and talent development, alongside facilitating training workshops and managing onboarding programs. Siobhan holds a Master of Professional Studies in Applied Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Management with a Concentration in Human Resources from Salisbury University.
