Kieran Murphy began their work experience in 2013 as a Project Manager at Almac Clinical Technologies. Kieran then transitioned to become a Business Development Manager at the same company in November 2016. In 2022, they joined Castor as the Director of Business Development, a role they held until June 2023. Most recently, Kieran Murphy has taken on the role of Senior Director of CRO Partnerships at Signant Health, a global evidence generation company.

Kieran Murphy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University Belfast from 1993 to 1997.
