Amanda McCloskey's work experience includes a position as a Senior Manager Decentralized Trials Lead at Takeda since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Signant Health where they held various roles including Client Delivery Director, GPM and Program Manager. Amanda also has experience as a Head Lacrosse Coach at Bonner Prendergast High School, a Clinical Trail Associate II at Chiltern, and a Clinical Trial Associate at Theorem Clinical Research. Additionally, they served as an Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Downingtown Area School District and Cardinal O'Hara High School. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Pharmacy Technician at Crozer-Chester Medical Center and as a Clinical Data Management Intern at ViroPharma Incorporated. Amanda also had a role as a Hostess at Applebee's.

Amanda McCloskey obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Pharmaceutical Product Development from West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they studied Chemistry with a pharmacy option at Millersville University of Pennsylvania from 2009 to 2011. Amanda also earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2021.
