Tom Baten is a skilled software developer with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently at Sigmax since September 2016, Tom contributes to a multidisciplinary team focused on developing CityControl, a software solution aimed at empowering law enforcement in municipalities across the Netherlands and Belgium. Prior to this, Tom held positions as a support engineer at Sigmax and as a project engineer at Dynobend, where responsibilities included developing software for bending machines using C++ and C#. Tom's experience also includes an embedded software engineering role during a graduation project at Centric TSolve and an internship at Bronkhorst High-Tech B.V., where Tom implemented industrial Ethernet solutions for flow controllers. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Technische Informatica from Saxion Hogescholen and a HAVO degree in Natuur & Gezondheid from Het Assink Lyceum.
