Scott Kaspar is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Managing Partner at Kaspar Law Company since May 2017, specializing in intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, and copyright. Concurrently, Scott is the Owner of SPENGA Geneva and a Developer at SPENGA, a unique fitness studio offering a blend of cardio, strength, and flexibility workouts. In addition to legal practice, Scott contributes to the Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity as a Foundation Board Trustee and serves as General Counsel for Illinois Review, a leading conservative news platform in Illinois. Previously, Scott held senior roles at Foley & Lardner LLP and Kelley Drye & Warren LLP as a registered patent attorney and gained early research experience as a Senior Research Assistant at Drake University. Scott earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Juris Doctor from Drake University.
