Will Blair is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in deeptech and biosensing through various leadership roles. Currently a Member at South Park Commons and Founder of Stealth Startup, Will has previously co-founded Biogenesis Trials and served as the first Engineer in Residence at Kleiner Perkins, where internal software and new startup initiatives were developed. As a Z Fellow and an On Deck Fellow, Will participated in startup incubators designed to foster innovation. Founding ThermoBeat, Will focused on creating thermoelectric generators for medical devices and achieved recognition with awards such as the SAGE National Championships Best Startup in Canada and the I-Corps Grant. Will has also been involved in the Nucleate Activator program and conducted research at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine on Parkinson's Disease. Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a high school diploma from Upper Canada College.
