Harri Iisakka is a co-founder and operations manager at Synergi, focusing on reducing electricity costs and emissions by utilizing a large residential virtual power plant in the Nordics. Harri currently serves as a fellow at Sigma Squared Society and has held several roles, including board member and CEO at Wave Ventures, where Harri contributed to establishing the largest European student-led venture capital fund. Previous experiences include a visiting associate role at the Boston Consulting Group, investor operations at Slush, and investor relations at Kiuas. Harri has also engaged in various financial and business development roles between 2018 and 2021, alongside playing professional hockey with Espoo Blues. Academically, Harri has a Master of Science with Honours in Industrial Engineering and Management, a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Information Networks, and a Master of Science with distinction in Finance, all from Aalto University, along with studies at the National University of Singapore.
