Yevgen Yakovlev currently serves as Vice President and Head of the Odessa Office at Sigma Software Group, a position held since July 2011, where responsibilities include managing, training, and reporting. Previous roles include Project Manager and Department Manager Deputy, overseeing enterprise-level projects and team management. Yevgen has experience at RingCentral as a Project Manager and at HYS Enterprise focusing on project management and business analysis for foreign customers. Earlier in the career, Yevgen worked as Deputy Chief of the IT Department and Lead Developer at Odessa National University, managing a team of over 20 IT specialists. Initial career experience includes roles as Junior Developer, Developer, and Lead Developer at Odessa Shipyard Factory. Yevgen holds a Master’s degree in Hydro and Aero-dynamics, programming from Odessa I.I. Mechnikov National University.
