Aris Williams is a dedicated mechanical engineering student at Georgia Institute of Technology, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Engineering & Business. As Chapter President of Sigma Phi Epsilon since November 2021, Aris has successfully led an executive board and worked towards significant achievements, including receiving the 2023 Buchanan Cup. In the role of Philanthropy Chair, Aris coordinated fundraising efforts that garnered over $100,000 for childhood cancer research. Additionally, Aris serves as a Structures Engineer for the Yellow Jacket Space Program, focusing on designing components for rocket monitoring, and completed an internship as a Quality Engineer at MathWorks, where improvements to testing frameworks and automated code coverage tests for MATLAB were developed.
