Natalia Mendez has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Natalia began their career in 1990 at PDVSA Petróleos de Venezuela S.A. where they served as an Internal Auditor, then moved on to become a Senior Financial Specialist and later a Senior Corporate Finance Accountant. In 2003, they joined NCT Projects Studio as a Professional Services Contract Manager.

In 2007, Natalia joined Shell Oil Company as a Product Lifecycle Senior Analyst, working on projects such as Project Pearl and Project Horizon until 2010. Natalia then joined Sigma Healthcare in 2011 as a Senior Business Analyst for Retail Projects, and later transitioned to the role of Senior Business Analyst for the PMO, where they worked on multiple projects. Since January 2020, they have held the role of Business Architect at Sigma Healthcare, specifically focusing on SAP S/4HANA.

Natalia Mendez has a Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Accounting from Universidad del Zulia. Natalia also has additional certifications in Managing Benefits from APMG-International / MetaPM, which they obtained in June 2013, and in Cert IV in Training and Assessment from APCOT, which they obtained in June 2010.
