In 2016, they joined Ciena as a Business Analyst, where they took on a leadership role, managing multiple projects and effectively delegating tasks. Their responsibilities included soliciting and documenting technical user stories, presenting showcases and design sessions to stakeholders, and managing the JIRA Service Desk. Harrison also gained experience in developing SQL scripts and working with relationship database models. Harrison then moved on to Sportsbet in 2019, where they worked as an Insights Analyst until 2021.
