Heather Alexander has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Heather started their career at Groff's Mill Pond Nurseries as a Cashier and Merchandiser. Heather then worked at Pine Hill Printing as a Secretary, Office Assistant, and Collator Manager. After that, they gained experience as a Marketing Associate and Intern at Cornerstone Equity Services. Heather then transitioned into the transportation industry, working as a Dispatcher at American Transportation, where they managed a team of truck drivers and enforced safety regulations. Heather later joined Sub U Systems as the Director of Operations, where they contributed to the design and development of software and hardware-based IP routers and networking solutions. Most recently, Heather has been working as the Director of Operations at Sigma Defense Systems LLC.

Heather Alexander attended Rowan University where they studied Finance. Heather also attended Rowan College at Gloucester County and focused on Marketing and Management. In addition to their education, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as Recognizing and Preventing Phishing Attacks, Avoiding Retaliation, and Preventing Discrimination & Harassment.
