Darren Openshaw has worked in the financial services industry since 1996. Darren began their career at Fidelity Investments as a Registered Representative - Securities Trader, where they took inbound calls from Fidelity Investments discount brokerage clients, assisted them by placing orders for securities, and resolved complex customer service issues. In 1998, they moved to Wells Fargo as Vice President - Institutional Brokerage & Sales, where they developed a client base of institutional accounts over a four state geographic territory and serviced and advised them in their investment needs. In 2009, they became the Owner of Liberty Tax Service. In 2011, they started at Boart Longyear as Senior Project Manager - Global Materials and Global Systems Manager, where they collaborated with the VP of Finance and the Global Materials Manager on special projects and process improvements, defined and implemented process improvements related to Inventory Control & Supply Chain, and supported the implementation of additional Oracle modules and system enhancements. In 2013, they joined SunGard Financial Systems - now part of FIS as a Senior Knowledge Engineer / Project Manager, where they had project management responsibilities related to the complete software implementation lifecycle and was responsible for the design and development of financial logic and formulas implemented in SunGard's compliance software solutions. In 2016, they moved to Domo, Inc. as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager. In 2019, they began working at MX as a Client Strategy Consultant and in 2022, they joined Sigma Computing as a Sr Customer Success Manager.
Darren Openshaw received their Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Utah. Darren also holds a Domo Professional Certification from Domo, Inc.
