Abhinav Goyal is a legal professional with extensive experience in dispute resolution, startup advisory, and blockchain law. Currently a Partner at Sigma Chambers, Advocates and Solicitors since January 2025, Abhinav previously served as General Counsel and Chief of Staff at Hunch and PlotX. Abhinav has been instrumental in advising blockchain entrepreneurs on regulatory compliance and transaction structuring, while also handling civil and commercial disputes across various legal forums in India. Abhinav's notable roles include serving as Panel Counsel for NAFED, and assisting in significant constitutional challenges before the Supreme Court of India. Abhinav holds a Bachelor of Laws from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and is pursuing an Executive Programme on VC & PE at the Indian School of Business.
