Drew Rush is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance for The Salvation Army of Greater Winston-Salem since September 2024 and as a Trainee at Sightsource, LLC since July 2023. Previously, Drew held key roles in the performing arts sector, including Partner at Heyday Vintage Guitars & Amps, Interim Artistic Operations Director for Winston Salem Symphony, and Business Manager at Triad Stage, where financial management of a $2M organization took place. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of The Olio, expertise in strategic planning, grant writing, and administrative management was developed. Additional roles included Associate IT Manager at Steppenwolf Theatre Company, Managing Director at Shattered Globe Theatre Company, and Assistant Box Office Manager at Lookingglass Theatre. Drew holds an MA in Performing Arts Management from Columbia College Chicago and a BA in Theatre from Wake Forest University, supplemented by studies at the University of Westminster.
