Jennifer Povlitz serves as the Division Director for U.S. Wealth Management at UBS since September 2015, co-leading half of the U.S. operations and previously holding the position of West Division Director, where Jennifer led a multibillion-dollar global wealth management business to record profit margins while implementing AI-enabled tools and digital strategies. Prior to UBS, Jennifer dedicated over 25 years to Bank of America, where Jennifer held various roles, including Head of the Executive Client Relationship Group, focusing on process improvement and growth strategies following the acquisition of Merrill Lynch. Jennifer earned an MBA in Innovation from The Wharton School from 2012 to 2014 and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
