Heather Watson is an experienced sales and account management professional with a rich background spanning over three decades across various industries. Currently serving as an Inside Sales Account Manager at siffron since June 2018, Heather specializes in servicing retail, display, and manufacturing accounts. Prior to this role, Heather was involved with FFR Merchandising in multiple capacities, including Custom Projects Manager and Account Representative, where responsibilities included developing retail POP solutions and addressing application challenges. Heather's early career includes roles at Harmon MS - Aurora City Schools as a teaching assistant, as well as sales positions at Science Kit and Boreal, Dygert & Stone Packaging Company, and Quality Packaging Specialists International, where Heather consistently met and exceeded sales targets while developing custom solutions for diverse client needs. Heather holds an Associate degree in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Alfred and additional education from the University at Buffalo.
