Ruud Snijders is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in interim and project management, product and process improvement, and lean six sigma methodologies. Currently serving as Process Manager Assembly MV2 and Operations Support Officer at Sif Group since April 2024, Ruud has held key roles including Continuous Improvement Manager and Strategic Advisor at GVB Railmaterieel from November 2016 to February 2024. As the owner of Medon since December 2010, Ruud has specialized in continuous improvement and change management. Previous positions include Technical Director and various managerial roles at Polyplastic by Lippert from 1996 to 2010, and Business Unit Manager at Lekaplast BV from 1992 to 1996. Ruud holds a degree in Industrial Design Engineering from Delft University of Technology and has furthered education in lean six sigma and management practices through reputable institutions.
