Lukas Gramatowski has extensive experience in customer relationship management and software development, currently serving as Head of CRM at SIEVERS-GROUP since November 2010. Previous roles include Teamleiter and Projektleiter in Business Solutions CRM, as well as Software-Entwickler with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Prior to SIEVERS-GROUP, Lukas worked at infoMantis GmbH as a Software-Entwickler and served as a System-Administrator at B. Strautmann & S?hne GmbH & Co. KG. Lukas began career training as an Auszubildender in system integration at NOZ MEDIEN. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Medieninformatik from Hochschule Osnabr¨¹ck and certification as a Systemischer Berater and Business Coach from RAUEN Coaching.
