Marlette Toole, CIA, CFE, currently serves as Senior Director of Compliance at Sierra Space, overseeing government, international trade, and procurement compliance since September 2022. Prior to this role, Marlette held various compliance and internal audit positions at IAP Worldwide Services from August 2010 to September 2022, culminating in the role of Director of Internal Audit & Government Compliance. Marlette also has experience as an independent consultant in internal audit and government compliance. Earlier career highlights include financial analyst roles at IAP and Staples, and leadership at Target. Marlette earned a Master's of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Human Resources from UCF College of Business.
