Jeff Leake has over 35 years of work experience in sales and marketing roles. Jeff started their career in 1983 as a Business Development, Sales, and Marketing professional for Industrial Instruments and Controls at Leake Company. Jeff was responsible for selling and marketing various products in the energy, industrial manufacturing, law enforcement, public safety, military, and life science industries. In 2008, Jeff co-founded IRCameras, Inc. and served as the VP of Business Development. Here, they specialized in the sales and marketing of thermal imaging cameras, infrared viewing windows, and predictive and preventive maintenance technologies. In 2011, they became the Director of Business Development & Co-Owner at IRCameras. In these roles, they focused on business development and sales. In 2018, Jeff joined Sierra-Olympic Technologies Inc. as the Vice President of Sales and later became the VP Sales and Marketing. In both positions, they were responsible for all aspects of global sales, including managing internal and external sales teams, providing strategic input, and supporting the sales team with training and product demonstrations.

Jeff Leake attended the Texas McCombs School of Business from 1978 to 1982, where they studied Industrial Engineering & Business Administration. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing at The University of Texas at Dallas from 1982 to 1983.
