Jon DeWald, PMP, currently serves as Program Manager II at Sierra Nevada Corporation, with a career spanning over a decade in engineering and project management. Prior experience includes roles as Electronics and Telecommunications Engineer at NASA Ames Research Center and Technical Intern at Ormat Industries, where Jon developed an inventory system and HMI pages for field instrumentation. Early career experiences also encompass positions as Resident Assistant at the University of Nevada Reno and Electrical Engineering Intern at Yukon-Nevada Gold Corp., where Jon managed student activities and mapped electrical systems respectively. Jon holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering specializing in RF & Microwave Communication from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.
