Paulo Lacerda Sobral is a Business Development Manager at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. since October 2023 and also serves as a Beverage Advisor for Dad Grass since June 2024 and Advisor for Inde Local since January 2021. Previously, Paulo held roles such as Revenue Advisor and General Manager at Cann from September 2022 to January 2024, focusing on cannabis beverage introductions and successfully leading the launch of the Thunder and Lightning brands. Other experiences include serving as a Revenue Consultant for Resonate Blends, Inc., VP of Sales for purejuana, and Sales & Operations Consultant for St. Peter's Spirits, along with a position as Senior Account Executive at Vertosa and ZeroCater. Paulo holds a B.S. in Media Studies with a minor in Economics from Radford University and graduated from San Dieguito High School Academy.
